This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Key Corporate & Travel Agency Verticals. The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include developing new markets, sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be key responsibilities.

• Benchmarking of flights with competition airlines
• Conduct Regular monthly , quarterly & yearly reviews and keep track of sale trends of assigned corporations

• Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the corporate & new travel agency acquisitions

• Strong Computer skills covering MS Office systems
• Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Graduate degree from a recognized university preferably with an MBA/PGDM

We are looking for a well-traveled and insightful travel consultant to advise on and plan business and vacation itineraries. The travel consultant should meet with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options given time and budget constraints. You should also inform clients of cancellation procedures and any applicable penalties. To ensure success as a travel consultant, you should plan arrangements in accordance with clients' mobility and medical requirements. An outstanding travel consultant will monitor and tend to all queries within short turnaround times.

• Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements.
• Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
• Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.
• Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, brochures, and maps.
• Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
• Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
• Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
• Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.

Skills & Attributes:
