Most discounted airline tickets are non-refundable and depend on the airline's policy. Although non-refundable tickets are the cheapest, they are also the most restrictive and do not allow refunds. These limitations make it possible for Mytripbookers.ca to offer specials in addition to our already discounted airfares, helping you find the best deals to the destinations you want to visit. Note that refund restrictions are listed on our website. You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to making a reservation by selecting Book. How Does Mytripbookers Offer Low Rates?

We are consolidators and we offer low rates due to the tie-up with various International airlines. We are working for 10 years and always care about our customers and their benefits.


 How do I change my airline ticket?

Log in to My Account at www.mytripbookers.ca and you can make the reorder to your reservation online. Alternatively, you can call us at 1-800-801-3746 and our agents are more than happy to assist you.

A fee is charged by the airline for making a change to a ticket you’ve already booked. It may be as low as $100.00 or as high as $400.00 or more depending on the date of original purchase, the rules of the fare, the date of the change and where you’re going.

Can I put an airline reservation on hold?

Yes, you can clasp your airline reservation, please call us to clasp a reservation for you. Subject to Airline conditions, we will clasp the booking where your travel date starts after 7 days. We can clasp your booking for few days depending upon airline and routes. Please note that hold booking price is not guaranteed until its paid and ticketed however we will make every effort to give your hold booking as you choose.

Can I add a passenger to an existing flight reservation?

Supplementary travellers must make a new flight reservation to book their travel. Keep in mind that fares are constantly changing, and mytripbookers.ca cannot guarantee the availability and/or original fare of the flight.

Do I Need A Passport? Visa?

A valid passport and proper visa are required for both national and international travel. But the requirement of the visa varies country to country. Before traveling it is very important to check the requirements with the Embassy of the Country where you plan to travel. We do not provide Visa Services at this time.

How do I log in to My Account area on mytripbookers.ca

If you are not having the login details for My Account area, then, please use the forgot password link. On the forgot password page, use your email address that's been used while making the booking. The login details will be sent your email address.

Can I Exchange Or Get My Tickets Refunded?

Most of the discounted tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, this is subjected to the airline. But few airlines will have such a facility upon providing with penalty fees so please check with our travel experts.

If you get to know that it is not possible for you to travel, then it is required to cancel the tickets with mytripbookers.ca. This should be done within 24 hours. If it will not be done within the time frame then the value of the ticket will be lost and you will not be able to exchange or refund it.

Just made the booking and I want to cancel the flight, how do I do it?

If you want to cancel the booking within 4 hours, then you can do it online for free of charge. If it is more than 4 hours and less than 22 hours, then, CAD$100 per ticket fee will be charged and you can do it online. For more than 22 hours tickets, please call us on + 1-800-801-3746

How do we check in online?

Get your airline confirmation code (example: XYD3RT) from your itinerary.

Within 24 hours of your flight, go to Airline website.

You will need your boarding pass and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driving license / passport) to check in.

Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight for domestic flights, and at least 3 hours before international flights.

Is It Possible To Cancel My Ticket?

If you get to know that it is not possible for you to travel, then it is required to cancel the tickets with FlightshoppersUSA.com. This should be done within 24 hours. If it will not be done within the time frame then the value of the ticket will be lost and you will not be able to exchange or refund it.

What Are The Consequences Of Missing Flight?

The tickets of the missed flights will be suspended and they can neither be refunded nor exchanged.

What If The Details On The Ticket Are Incorrect?

As soon as you get the ticket, it is suggested to check on all the details within 24 hours of time. As once this period is completed, there could be penalties for any corrections made. Also if the ticket is void, there is no possibility of getting the ticket again. The name of the passenger should match the names in the passports.

Are My Tickets Transferable?

It depends on airlines to airlines, sometimes it will be transferred.

Can I book with a credit or debit card?

Yes, you can book your ticket using VISA and Master Card and the most important thing is that all payments will be on US Dollars.

How Is My Ticket Shipped And Can I Track It?

Usually, e-tickets are issued and an email confirmation is sent for the same with all the details in it. When paper tickets are issued, tracking number would be sent to track the ticket.

When Will I Receive My Ticket?

Once we ensure that the ticket has been issued, the e-ticket confirmation would be emailed. The paper tickets would take up to 15 days of time through general shipping.

How Can I View My Itinerary?

You can check it from Flights Search Page when you search flights its return to flights result from the age where you can see a button name Flight Itinerary on flights results page. Can I Get A Ticket Last Minute?

 Yes, and also sometimes with discounts.

I don’t know when I’m coming home. Can I buy an open-ended ticket?

Sorry, we do not deal with open-ended tickets.

The confirmation email not been received, how do I receive a copy of it?

Can I Accrue Mileage?

The mileage accrual actually depends on the rules of the airlines. Hence, it is better to check with the airlines.

Can I Get A Seat For An Infant?

You will need to get child fare for a seat for an infant. However, a few airlines will not let the infants in separate seats. For this, you will have to check with your agent.

What Kind Of Extra Discounts Can I Get For Infants And Children? What About Seniors, Military, Or Youth Discounts?

The infants who are u to 24 months and children from the age of 2 years to 11 years will be liable for a discount of 10 % of the adult fare, whereas, for the children, it is 75 % of the adult fare and also includes taxes and fees. For the discounted tickets, sometimes additional reductions will not be provided and hence, it is suggested to check out with the agent for this. For the seniors, military or the youth discount, the discount rate keeps changing and hence, it is ideal to check with an agent.

What About The Baggage Allowance And Fees?

These components would depend on the airlines policy. Best to check with our travel executive while booking the flight or call the airline directly or visit airline website.

Where Do I Get My Luggage?

Usually, it is the final destination. Sometimes depending on the customs laws and regulation of a particular country, it would be at customs clearing.

Can I Request Seat Assignments, Meals, Or A Wheelchair?

Yes. The agent would consider your special request and provide service, if you want to add some extra Meals in your flight then you would have to pay some extra charge for it and you can add your meals by calling to our agents.

What should I do in the event of an involuntary schedule change on my reservation?
